Welcome to Gaia Rain Wellness! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gaia Rain Wellness. We operate this website and store to offer retail products, fitness and wellness coaching, nutrition coaching, and related information and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services or enter into a coaching agreement with Gaia Rain Wellness. Customers purchasing retail products must meet any applicable age requirements for those products.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or enrolling in coaching. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not transfer your customer account or coaching subscription to another person without our written permission.

2. Retail Products and Product Information

Gaia Rain Wellness offers products that may include herbs, teas, spices, incense, aromatics, ritual supplies, handmade goods, and other wellness or spiritual items.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors, dimensions, packaging, and the appearance of natural or handmade items may vary. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice.

Please read product labels, ingredients, directions, warnings, and intended-use information before purchasing or using any product. You are responsible for checking for allergies, sensitivities, contraindications, and other circumstances that may make a product unsuitable for you.

Products intended for decorative, aromatic, or ritual use should not be consumed or applied to the body unless their labeling expressly identifies them as suitable for that purpose.

3. Herbal, Wellness, and Spiritual Information

Information about herbs, teas, supplements, aromatics, and other wellness products is provided for general educational purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Herbs and other natural products may cause adverse reactions or interact with medications or medical conditions. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or uncertain about its suitability.

Spiritual, ritual, and metaphysical products are offered for personal, cultural, decorative, or spiritual use. We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, financial, emotional, or other outcome from their use.

4. Fitness, Wellness, and Nutrition Coaching

Gaia Rain Wellness offers fitness, wellness, and general nutrition coaching designed to support clients in building sustainable habits and working toward their individual goals.

Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, physical therapy, mental health treatment, medical nutrition therapy, or a substitute for individualized advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

Participation in exercise involves inherent risks. Before beginning a fitness program, you should seek appropriate medical guidance if you have an injury, medical condition, symptoms, or other concerns that may affect your ability to exercise safely.

You agree to provide accurate and relevant information during the intake process, communicate changes that may affect your participation, follow reasonable safety instructions, and stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms.

Coaching results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific changes in weight, strength, appearance, health, or other outcomes.

A separate coaching agreement, intake questionnaire, and any applicable consent or waiver documents may be required before coaching begins. Those documents provide additional terms specific to your program. If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a signed coaching agreement regarding the delivery of coaching, the coaching agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.

5. Coaching Appointments and Participation

Coaching appointments, check-ins, program delivery, communication methods, and scheduling arrangements will be explained during onboarding or in your applicable coaching agreement.

Purchasing a coaching service does not guarantee immediate appointment availability or a particular appointment time. We will contact you using the information provided at checkout to arrange your next steps.

Please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule an appointment or are unable to participate in a scheduled session. Any service-specific scheduling, rescheduling, or missed-session terms will be provided in your coaching agreement or booking information.

6. Monthly Coaching Subscriptions

Online Wellness Coaching and Nourish & Grow Nutrition Coaching are offered as automatically renewing monthly subscriptions.

By purchasing a monthly coaching subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Your subscription renews monthly on its scheduled billing date.

You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled renewal, with no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed before that payment is processed.

After cancellation, coaching support continues through the end of your current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.

Payments for a billing period that has already begun are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us for assistance.

You can manage your subscription by signing in to your Gaia Rain Wellness customer account and opening Subscriptions, or by contacting us at gaiarainwellness@gmail.com.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate product information, or inventory errors.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of every item. If we cannot fulfill an order or must make a material change, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout and issue any refund required by applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

8. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. A price change will not alter a completed one-time purchase. Any change to the price of an existing subscription will be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law and the subscription terms.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for purchases and subscriptions you select.

9. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, and available pickup options will be displayed at checkout or communicated as applicable.

Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist you. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Digital or remotely delivered coaching services are not physical goods and do not require shipping.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Retail purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Monthly coaching subscriptions are subject to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and Section 6 of these Terms.

Appointment-based coaching services may also be subject to the scheduling and cancellation provisions in the applicable booking information or coaching agreement.

If any provision of these policies conflicts with rights you have under applicable law, those legal rights will take precedence.

11. Intellectual Property and Coaching Materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the content on our website, including original text, graphics, photographs, designs, and coaching materials, belongs to Gaia Rain Wellness or its respective rights holders.

Coaching programs, exercise instructions, worksheets, and other materials provided to clients are for the receiving client’s personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed, published, or shared as a commercial program without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to a customer.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or use third-party services for payments, scheduling, customer accounts, or other functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We encourage you to review them before providing information or completing a transaction.

We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control, except as otherwise required by law.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Gaia Rain Wellness is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Gaia Rain Wellness.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Gaia Rain Wellness, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Gaia Rain Wellness.

Our collection and use of personal information through the website are described in our Privacy Policy.

Coaching clients may provide additional personal information during intake and participation. We will use that information to administer and deliver the requested coaching services, subject to our applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through public reviews, social media comments, or other public areas of our website.

15. Customer Feedback and Reviews

If you submit a product review, testimonial, or other feedback for public display, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share its content.

You grant Gaia Rain Wellness permission to display and reproduce feedback you voluntarily submit for publication in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement concerning your name, image, or personal information.

Private coaching progress information, photographs, and testimonials will not be treated as permission for public marketing use merely because you participate in coaching. We will seek separate permission where appropriate before using identifiable client information in promotional materials.

We may moderate or remove public content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or Services to engage in unlawful activity, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious software, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, or disrupt other customers’ use of the Services.

We may restrict access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect customers, or comply with applicable law.

17. Errors and Availability

Occasionally, our website may contain errors involving descriptions, pricing, inventory, shipping estimates, or other information.

We may correct errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, specific coaching results, or particular outcomes from the use of wellness or spiritual products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gaia Rain Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or prevents you from exercising rights and remedies available under applicable law.

20. Termination of Access or Services

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Services where reasonably necessary due to unlawful activity, serious violations of these Terms, nonpayment, or circumstances that make continued service delivery impracticable.

If a coaching service is discontinued by Gaia Rain Wellness before the end of a period the client has paid for, we will review the circumstances and provide any refund or other remedy required by the applicable agreement or law.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or rights and obligations that are intended to continue afterward.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Missouri and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer under other applicable law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available on our website, with its effective date indicated above.

Material changes affecting existing purchases or subscriptions will be communicated and applied in accordance with applicable law and any governing agreement.
