Cancellation policy

Monthly Coaching Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Gaia Rain Wellness’s Online Wellness Coaching ($125/month) and Nourish & Grow Nutrition Coaching ($60/month).

Billing and renewal: Your subscription begins when you purchase your coaching service and renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout.

Cancel anytime: You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled renewal, with no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. To avoid the next charge, complete your cancellation before that payment is processed.

How to cancel: Sign in to your Gaia Rain Wellness customer account, open Subscriptions, and select your coaching subscription to manage or cancel it. If you need assistance, email gaiarainwellness@gmail.com.

After cancellation: Your coaching support continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that period.

Refunds: Payments for a billing period that has already begun are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us so we can review the issue.
